in rare cases it can therefore happen, that an item is ordered by several people at the same time. if a product is already out of stock at the time of your payment, I will of course refund you the full amount

as each piece is carefully produced by hands and very unique, it is unfortunately not possible to re-produce them when a piece is sold double. I ask for your understanding for any inconvenience.
